PLAY FOR FREE IN THE 2012 SEASON! Football Players will receive 30 lottery tickets and Cheerleaders will receive 27 lottery tickets, to be sold at $5.00 each. You keep the ticket sale proceeds to offset your registration cost! Football Players / Cheerleaders: No one under the age of 7 permitted to participate in football or cheerleading. NEW PARTICIPANTS MUST BE A RESIDENT OF THE NORTH HILLS SCHOOL DISTRICT. The season runs from August through October, the playoffs run through November. You must sign up for concession stand duty at the time of registration. All participants must provide: A completed registration form along with payment. A completed Parent Code of Conduct form. The appropriate Medical form. Football players are also required to provide: A copy of their birth certificate. A Wallet-sized photo. The age cut-off date for team determination is August 1st. AGES: (weight classes are for football only) 7-8 Year Olds (90 lb. Weight limit) -Tomahawks 9 Year Olds (105 lb. Weight limit )- Braves 10 -Year Olds (120 lb. Weight limit) - Warriors 11 Year Olds (135 lb. Weight limit) - Redskins 12-13 Year Olds (160 lb. Weight limit) - Chiefs REGISTRATION RATES FOR THE 2012 SEASON! Football Registration Due at Sign-up: First Football Player $150 Cheerleader Registration Due at Sign-up: First Cheerleader $135 Multi-Child Discount: Each additional child will receive a $15 discount. |
